Community Standards (Prohibited Behaviors)
Harassment, phishing, malware propagation, doxxing, impersonation of staff, unauthorized advertising, NSFW content, or attacks on infrastructure will trigger immediate account termination.
Customer Conduct Obligations
Customers must communicate professionally, provide accurate technical specifications, respect development deadlines, and refrain from abusive chargeback disputes.
Staff Code of Conduct & Internal Security
Staff must protect customer data confidentiality, never inspect user passwords, record administrative actions in the immutable audit log, and never share internal staff notes publicly.
